For clients with on-going, persistent pain or discomfort, a consultation, full body, 90 minute massage and assessment is recommended to help identify structural or postural imbalances. From there, your therapist will explain any issues and help you choose options for treatment.*
To ensure you receive your scheduled amount of time, please fill out the Health Intake Form that will be included in your appointment confirmation email and email it back before your visit.
I do not bill insurance but can provide you with a receipt for reimbursement (please verify your benefits before booking massage appointment). I accept cash, check, and credit/debit (including HSA/FSA)

*NOTE: Dana Lupo, LMT is a Licensed Massage Therapist in the State of Florida. And as such, it is not within her scope of practice to diagnose your pain or injury. However, as a sports/medical massage therapist, she was taught how to develop treatment strategies to maintain healthy tissue and rehab injuries. Those treatment protocols require planning and are designed based on a number of things, like movement assessments, where a client is feeling pain, muscle testing, and previous injury history. Dana's role is to get to the root of the issue, to figure out why there is pain and treat accordingly.
