Immediately after scheduling a massage, you'll get an email/text confirmation.
If you don't, something went wrong - you don't have an appointment.
A credit card is required to reserve. It's not charged (unless no-show) and doesn't pre-pay your appointment.
I don't bill insurance but can provide a reimbursement receipt.
I do accept HSA/FSA cards.
